Beaver Street will be closed from Spring to Elm Streets. This event will require both the 3 Mill Plain and the 10 Hospital-Rose Hill LOOP buses to detour inbound and outbound via Kennedy to Rose to Rose Hill between the hours of 10am and 9pm.
